After the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo on 1991, Pampanga has always been developing since then. Through the materials that was emitted by the eruption, we had found an another source of income that even produced income until now. As Pampanga continues to develop, our culture always been developing too, until now.
But What are we famous of? Well, Pampanga is considered as the 'Culinary Capital of the Philippines' since 19 hundreds, we were known for being good cooks or chef. Apparently, the word 'Manyaman' became a usual saying in the Philippines when a food that was served taste good.
